First, thanks for visiting the web site for the Stittleburg Law Offices, LLC.  As a Georgia divorce lawyer, my goal is to educate you about the Georgia divorce law and the divorce process and how it may affect your decisions regarding a divorce.

   Second, my divorce practice is limited to uncontested divorce matters.  If you have a specific question about the uncontested divorce process or need an answer to a question, send me an e-mail.  I will do my best to give you a helpful answer.   I am happy to review your case at no charge - sometimes it is possible to give you an answer quickly, other times I may need to do some research depending on the question. There also may be times when your case will not fit into the uncontested process and I will then refer you to a litigation attorney who specializes in divorce trials.  It is difficult for me, however, to offer legal advice by e-mail as I may not have all the necessary information  to provide it.
