First, thanks for visiting the web site for the Stittleburg Law Offices, LLC.  As a Georgia divorce lawyer, my goal is to educate you about the Georgia divorce law and the divorce process and how it may affect your decisions regarding a divorce.  As a Georgia divorce attorney I want to also provide you with some interesting stories about some of the crazy cases I have come across.

     My hope is that you will bookmark my site and visit it often.  I will be updating this site as we go along and it will contain information that may be relevant to your needs and then, if you ever need a lawyer for whatever reason, you’ll think of me!

     First, I encourage you to bookmark my site as I will be checking on any changes that may occur regarding Georgia’s divorce laws which may affect your life. For example, if the Georgia legislature is considering a change to the divorce statutes, or if the Georgia legislature is debating an amendment to the divorce codes, I’ll tell you about the pending legislation and how to contact your elected representative.

     Second, my divorce practice is limited to uncontested matters and the collaborative divorce process. If you have a specific question about either process or need an answer to a question, send me an e-mail.  I will do my best to give you a helpful answer.   I am happy to review your case at no charge - sometimes it is possible to give you an answer quickly, other times I may need to do some research depending on the question.  There also may be times when your case will not fit into either the uncontested process or the collaborative and I will then refer you to a litigation attorney who specializes in divorce trials.  It is difficult for me, however, to offer legal advice by e-mail as I may not have all the necessary information to provide it.
